The role presents an opportunity to join a fast paced, dynamic and growing business. The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting a team of Project Estimators. The role will include:

• Setting up new tenders including uploading supporting documents, updating the tender tracker and assigning the project to an estimator.
• Compiling information for tender submissions including supporting documents such as health and safety requirements, insurance details, CV’s, references and company presentations.
• Undertaking quote comparisons where multiple quotes have been received for the same package.
• Preparing presentations for tenders, creating and updating new slides to reflect the requirements. Liaise with the Business Development and Marketing team to ensure content is up to date.
• Attending weekly estimating meetings, taking minutes. Updating the tender list and CRM post the meeting, issuing an updated report to the team in advance of the next weekly meeting.
• Responding to telephone calls in relation to tenders or estimations dealing directly with the query or passing on to the relevant person responsible.
• Undertaking general admin duties.

Qualifications and Skills:

• The successful candidate will have ideally worked in a similar environment with excellent administration skills.
• Have a confident telephone manner.
• Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and have a strong degree of attention to detail.
• Be able to manage own workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft packages and ideally have experience using Redsky and a CRM system.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.

This is a full time permanent role, based at Pure Fitout (Unit 1, Central Park, Mallusk). The role offers a competitive salary and annual leave allowance and includes company pension, cashback Healthcare and onsite parking.
