Quality Manager
The role presents an opportunity to join a face paced, growing business. The successful applicant will play a key role in leading on Quality Management across both Pure Fitout sites and our purpose-built joinery and metal workshop.
• Identifying, planning and undertaking audits of all quality practices across all sites and Manufacturing facility.
• Assist with developing and improving upon our current company quality procedures, standards, and specifications to identify, minimise and solve defects prior to handover.
• Owning, challenging and continuously improving the quality systems with the relevant teams.
• Overseeing / managing both the corrective and preventive action process.
• Ensuring all processes needed are properly established and maintained.
• Driving improvements within our Quality Management system and supporting the integration of the system across all staff through training and coaching.
• Providing guidance and recommendation reports including lessons learned of all quality procedures to Senior Management.
• Taking a proactive approach to continuously improving processes and systems to minimise risk and reduce costs.
• Promoting and driving best practice across the business and with suppliers / subcontractors.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
Key Responsibilities :

Experience :
• Have 5+ years experience as a Quality Manager ideally working with ISO 9001.• Experience in implementing and managing quality systems and processes.
• Experience in conducting quality audits preferably in a manufacturing or construction setting.
• Be able to demonstrate an ability to lead on all quality standards, being the main point of contact for both driving and managing company policies and procedures.
• Have experience in challenging staff at all levels including Senior Management on quality policies and systems.
• Must be willing to travel.
