Metal Fettler / Polisher
Pure Fitout are currently seeking to employ a Metal Fettler/Polisher. The role will involve:
• Fettling, grinding, deburring• Polishing of metal components to clean finishes. (satin / mirror / shot blast / scotch-bright)
• Polishing out weld seams
• Liaising with Production Manager to ensure jobs are completed on time
• Reading, understanding and being able to work from drawings
• Cleaning and maintaining work area and equipment
• Using various hand tools
• Operating within safety guidelines and any operating procedures
Requirements:
• 1+ years’ experience in a Fettler/Polishing role• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to listen and follow instruction
• A desire to learn and progress
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Able to work in a well organised and accurate way
