Welcoming Future Talent: Construction & Engineering Pupils Visit Pure Fitout Group HQ
At Pure Fitout, we are committed to supporting the next generation of construction and engineering talent. Today, we were delighted to welcome pupils from two respected local schools: De La Salle College and St Mary’s Christian Brothers’ Grammar School Belfast.
A Guided Tour of Pure Fitout Group HQ
As part of the CITB NI Adopt a School campaign, pupils from both schools visited our headquarters for a guided tour led by HR & Talent Manager Darren Lynch (CertRP) and David Hughes, Head of Safety & Risk Management.
The pupils had the chance to experience what day-to-day life at Pure Fitout looks like, exploring our workshops, seeing our specialist craftsmanship up close, and getting a first look at some of the new bespoke pieces currently in production.
This behind-the-scenes visit offered valuable insight into the wide range of careers within the construction and fit-out industry—from joinery and manufacturing to project management, safety, design and more.
