When you think of Miami, blue skies, luscious palm trees, art deco buildings and chic bars and restaurants immediately spring to mind. Our clients at House have taken an eclectic mix of South Beach inspiration and incorporated an array of Floridian flair into their newly re-designed premises in Dublin.
Pure Fitout’s brief included the re-design and fit of the indoor seating and bar area alongside the outdoor dining space which can seat up to 90 guests. The latter is filled with greenery atop a green and white chequered feature floor while the vivid blue trusses help create the feeling of sitting under a bright Miami sky. Inside, the bar and seating area has a distinct arty vibe with various, mismatched floral patterns and colours adorning the furniture and bar and is accompanied by the warm, ambient glow from an array of modern lighting fixtures. The main indoor area also has a cosy conservatory, surrounded by decorative windows looking outside and can be made into a private function space by drawing back the colourful curtains.
Pure Fitout completed the strip out of the existing premises and subsequent fitout in a busy city centre location with all specialist joinery and metalwork being manufactured at our specialist facility in Belfast.
Laura Doherty, Business Development Manager for House said:
"We had an extremely detailed design brief and a very specific idea of how we wanted House to look. That meant we needed a fitout contractor with an eye for detail and quality and we definitely got this in Pure Fitout. The team there were hugely helpful through each stage of the process, were on hand to answer any questions and the project was delivered on time and in budget. We look foward to working with Pure Fitout again in the future."
