Lighthouse Club NI Committee Meet At Titanic Belfast

Some of our team were in attendance at the spectacular Titanic Belfast last week as the Lighthouse Club’s Northern Ireland committee met in person for the first time.

Pure Fitout are proud to support of The Lighthouse Club as the only charity that provides emotional, physical and financial wellbeing support to construction workers and their families. They have been delivering charitable support to the construction community since 1956 and rely on the generosity of those within the industry in order to continue their vital work.

Pure Fitout’s Head of Strategic Change and Continuous Improvement David Hughes has taken on the position of chairman of the charity’s Northern Ireland branch with Health and Safety Advisor Niall McKenna also on board the committee.

We were honoured to welcome Northern Ireland comedy legend Tim McGarry and the inspirational Bernadette Hagans (read her story here) to the meeting as both will be speaking at the upcoming Northern Ireland Lunch in Titanic Belfast in September.

The lunch celebrates the 60th Anniversary of the Lighthouse Club in Northern Ireland and all proceeds will go directly to the great work done by the charity. You can read more about it here.
