Pure Fitout have recently launched a new online induction and training portal for all staff. Investing in our people is core to Pure Fitout’s business and with ambition to grow further, investment in training and career pathways is key. The new online training portal allows staff to gain new skills and enhance their learning and development further, creating a more diverse and skilled workforce.

The first person to experience this training is our newest staff member Karol Wrocinski, (pictured below) an apprentice ‘Welder & Fabricator’. Karol has now completed his induction training and passed 10 core learning modules on our new training suite. Karol will now continue his learning experience, sharing time attending Belfast Metropolitan College, and working under supervision here at our metal fabrication workshop. We are very pleased to have Karol join our team and wish him every success in his future career.
