Pure Fitout completed a full remodel and spectacular fitout for D’Olier Street restaurant in late 2022.
Situated in the landmark D’Olier Chambers building in Dublin, the 19th-century listed building has been brought back to life as a high-end, fine dining restaurant.
Pure Fitout were engaged to deliver a complete design and fitout full of sophistication and luxury to match the space and service. The new design was created by Pure Fitout’s Interior Designer Paige McMillen.
The project included retention and restoration of original tiles and other materials as well as an extensive list of works including but not limited to:

The project included retention and restoration of original tiles and other materials as well as an extensive list of works including but not limited to:
• Existing entrance removed but authentic tiles where retained.
• New Porch created with large window to help all-natural light flow through out .
• Finished with, tiles, Porter’s paint and new Illuminated Brass signage added.
• Raised Floor removed and all floors screeded to be made good for new herringbone flooring throughout.
• A private dinning areawascreated and enclosed with new half-height partitions, finished wish solid oak hand rail and finely crafted bespoke design steel spindles. New ramp access to accessible toilet.
• Bespoke check in counter with new cloak store that blends perfectly into the design, finished in Italian marble
• New Porch created with large window to help all-natural light flow through out .
• Finished with, tiles, Porter’s paint and new Illuminated Brass signage added.

• New small bar design, created with arched display cabinet back lit with LED’s, front faced in solid oak, surrounded in sandex plaster paint, splash backed with antique mirror
• Bar Wrapped in beautiful stone tile adding more soft textures, complete with jaw dropping live edge tops, a perfect centralised spot to take in the whole dining area whilst you wait to be seated.
• Two new andbespoke waiter stations, made up of Arched Displays to keep the design consistent through out, base units where designs to suit all the clients needs to fully utilities these cabinets.
• New Stair well to basement made good, floor and painted finished with bespoke hand rail back lit with LED.
