Pure Fitout have completed work on a brand new, 10,000 sq. ft. purpose-built factory and office facility for new start up, HALT at Springbank Industrial Estate, Belfast.

HALT provides an environmentally-friendly, non-toxic fire retardant treatment that impregnates timber, protecting it from combustion and slowing the spread of fire, therefore making buildings structurally safer.

The project comprised of the delivery of the main workshop floor - including the installation of kiln drying and autoclave technologies, process area and office. The modern, interior offices consist of a communal and collaborative multi-station workspace, private offices, board room with media centre, kitchen and reception area.

The space was designed by Pure Fitout’s interior designer Paige McMillen and is inspired by nature with its eco-friendly theme, a warm colour palette (including HALT’s signature burnt orange), floor plants and hanging baskets blending together to create a stunning office environment.

The project also includes bespoke joinery and furniture made on site by our expert craftspeople and external cedar cladding giving the building a unique patina effect.
