Pure Fitout are proud to have completed a full interior fitout for SOLE Seafood & Grill. Located in the heart of Dublin’s vibrant south side,the space is designed to stir the senses and celebrate the vibrant spirit of the city. From the outset, this project was driven by a shared vision: to create an environment that feels both refined and alive, where every detail contributes to a memorable experience.

We were proud to work once again with the talented team at EHL, following our successful partnership on Saint Studios. Together, we brought bold ideas to life through bespoke metalwork and custom joinery, crafted specifically to complement SOLE’s distinctive aesthetic. From sculptural bar features to tailored timber detailing, every element was designed and fabricated to elevate the space and reflect the restaurant’s commitment to quality and character.

This project showcases a rich blend of craftmanship and detail, featuring timber wall panelling treated by HALT for enhanced fire safety, durability and visual appeal. Pure Fitout delivered bespoke cloakroom cabinets and an extensive range of custom joinery and metalwork, such as the front and back bar, male and female vanity units, menu and service units, and a striking ceiling ring. Additional pieces include handrails and balustrades, brass column cladding, brass skirting and kickplates, as well as cornices and skirting that frame the interiors beautifully. Mirrors throughout the space add depth and elegance, completing a refined functional environment tailored to the clients vision.
