The Devlin is a 40 bedroom boutique hotel which includes Layla’s Rooftop Restaurant, Bar and Terrace. Finishes of exposed timber joisted ceilings, oak floorboards and 1950s inspired tan leather booths along one window wall were sourced, manufactured and installed.

Each of the 40 bedrooms comprises of fully bespoke finishes to create single, double and family accommodation.
On the ground floor: a café, cocktail bar & restaurant as well as The Dime coffee kiosk servicing guests and the public. The public space allows for hot desking areas during the day.

There is a subterranean cinema: The Stella which works independently to the hotel and includes its own bar area.
