Pure Fitout is proud to have delivered the first ever Voco Hotels location on the island of Ireland.

Working with Irish hotelier Cliste Hospitality and iNua Collection, the former Radisson Blu hotel in Belfast’s Gasworks has underwent a fabulous £3.6m refurbishment.

Rebranded as voco, which is owned by IGH Hotels and Resorts, the venue now boasts 120 premium guest bedrooms, a new ground floor bar, Pomo restaurant, outdoor terrace and event space.

Pure Fitout completed a full strip out of the existing premises before completing the full fitout of the hotel which was beautifully designed by Aisling Healy and Gordon Devenney of O’Donnell O’Neill Design.

Works included:

• Strip out of existing venue
• Subsequent fitout of the full venue including 120 guest rooms, bar and restaurant
• The design and manufacture of a new bespoke bar
• The design and manufacture of a new bespoke coffee counter and buffet counter
• The design and manufacture of a new shelving unit for the kitchen
• The repurpose and refinish of existing table furniture
