Pure Fitout Awarded Contract for New Spa Garden
Building work has commenced on a luxury thermal spa garden at the Dunadry Hotel and Gardens, with Pure Fitout being awarded the prestigious fitout contract for the project. The spa garden will offer exclusive access to guests staying in the ten bedrooms that will form part of a premium retreat at the award-winning hotel.
This £600,000 (€719,800) investment by the McKeever Hotel Group follows the recent launch of the hotel’s signature Irish whiskey venue, The Cellar. The addition of the thermal spa garden reflects a growing demand for high-end wellness experiences, and Pure Fitout has been entrusted with bringing this vision to life.
Located in the hotel’s former private courtyard, the spa garden is set to open in mid-November and will accommodate up to 20 guests.

Created by Laura McConville of Brief Design, the design focuses on creating a tranquil, luxurious environment with features such as a hot tub, sauna, cool-water plunge pool, and a glass house. Guests will have direct access from their bedrooms to these serene spaces, designed to offer an intimate, exclusive escape.
