Pure Fitout have recently completed a stunning Georgian office restoration project on Leeson Street, Dublin for our clients Grafter. The project consisted of a sympathetic and elaborate restoration and recreation of period features to create a world class workspace in the heart of the city.

Extending over five floors, Grafter Offices offer a state of the art space that is complemented by the property’s original timber floors, dado rails, mouldings, cornicing and stairs. Brand new, pristine marble fireplaces and contemporary glass and brass chandeliers are modern components to a spectacular interior fitout. With the capacity to accommodate 100 members across a 5,000 sq ft office and ancillary space, further features include communal kitchen, lounge area, shower facilities and a locker room while the lower ground floor provides access to a beautiful Georgian city garden.
