Pure Fitout Completes New Boojum Restaurant in Nottingham
Pure Fitout is proud to announce the completion of yet another project for Boojum, with the opening of the brand's latest restaurant on Lower Parliament Street, Nottingham. This 2,377 sq. ft. location, seating 42 diners, marks Boojum’s second UK venue, following the successful launch in Leeds earlier this year.
The new Nottingham restaurant opened with a bang, offering the first 300 customers a free burrito, which drew long queues and generated a fantastic buzz. Boojum's Operations Director, Rob Powell, said: “The reaction to our Nottingham opening has been phenomenal. We’ve welcomed hundreds of customers and received a warm welcome from local businesses.”
Established in 2007 in Belfast, Boojum now operates 18 outlets across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK mainland, with Nottingham becoming its latest addition. With ambitious plans to open 25 new restaurants over the next five years, Boojum continues to expand rapidly, and Pure Fitout remains the contractor of choice for this exciting growth journey.
Having partnered with Boojum for nine years, Pure Fitout will continue to deliver high-quality fit-outs for the brand, with the next project scheduled to open in Liverpool this December.
