Gary McCloskey as Managing Director
Pure Fitout is pleased to announce the appointment of Gary McCloskey as Managing Director.
Gary first joined Pure Fitout in September 2019 as Commercial Manager, before quickly progressing to Commercial Director. Throughout his time with the company, he has played a pivotal role in driving the expansion of Pure Fitout’s commercial operations across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. His leadership has contributed to sustained growth and profitability as well as establishing of a strong pipeline of projects and new clients.
With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Gary has successfully delivered projects across a diverse range of sectors including retail, airports, higher education, hospitality, and rail networks. As a chartered Quantity Surveyor and Construction Manager with MSc, MRICS, and MCIOB credentials, he brings a wealth of expertise to the role.

Ronan will continue to oversee the wider group of brands under the Pure Fitout umbrella, ensuring that our expansion plans across all sectors and regions remain on track. This includes spearheading the growth of sister companies HALT, Nordic Facades and Synk, which are integral to Pure Fitout’s strategy for diversifying its services and entering new markets.
Both Ronan and Gary’s leadership alongside the wider management team will be key to achieving these ambitious goals, as we seek to build on our strong foundation and expand our presence both domestically and internationally.
