Pure Fitout is proud to announce Paul McKenna as new Managing Partner
With over 30 years’ experience delivering office projects for Fortune 500 companies across Europe, Paul brings proven leadership at the highest level.
In 2002, he founded Co. Down–based mac-group, growing it from a local interiors firm into a multinational construction and fit-out business. Known as a disruptor, he focused on what clients truly needed - raising standards, driving results, building exceptional delivery teams, and forging lasting client relationships. Today, that business operates from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and focuses solely on the Middle East market.

This is an exciting time to be joining Pure Fitout Group. I’ll be working with a strong senior management team committed to driving the business forward. We’ve recently moved into a purpose-built factory in Belfast, bringing all our brands under one roof. With in-house joinery and metalwork fabrication, we’re ideally positioned to deliver best-in-class corporate office projects while maintaining the quality and reliability our clients expect.
We’re seeing growing demand for offices that offer a more relaxed environment - with cafés, lounges, breakout areas, gyms, and leisure facilities. These are areas where we already excel. From our new Dublin office, we’re delivering landmark projects such as The Dion rooftop venue at Central Plaza, the Dean Townhouse extension and refurbishment, and several other key office and hospitality schemes.
My goal is to build on this momentum: expand our client base, strengthen delivery methods, and work closely with our teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
