Pure Fitout Opens New Custom-Built HQ in Belfast
After seven years in Mallusk, we’ve moved into a new purpose-built headquarters on Springbank Road, Belfast - designed by our own team, fitted out by our own joinery and metal workshops, and built to show exactly what we can do.
Our new Head Office is more than a base. It’s a showcase of our capability: a full open plan workspace balanced with breakout areas, meeting rooms, two boardroom and private offices, all crafted in-house. It’s also home to a custom workshop for our joinery, metal and CAD teams, along with a timber impregnation plant for our sister company HALT NFR.
Nordic Facades and HALT NFR both also operate from the site, making this a base that brings the group together.

By bringing design, fabrication and fit-out under one roof, we’ve created a facility that’s as ambitious as the projects we deliver. For our people, it’s the right environment to do their best work. Operations Director Shane McDonagh said: “This isn’t just an office, it’s a shop window for what we do. Every piece of joinery, every bit of metalwork, every detail was designed and built by our own people. If clients want proof of what Pure can deliver, they just need to walk through the door.”
