Following on from the success of the opening in Dublin, Pure Fitout have won a second contract with world renowned British steakhouse chain Hawksmoor.

The new project will see Pure deliver a range of metal and joinery fabrication for Hawksmoor’s upcoming restaurant in Chicago, Illinois in the United States.

Opening in 2024, the new location’s home will be The LaSalle Street Cable Car Powerhouse - a beautiful, designated landmark, initially opened in 1887, in the heyday of Chicago’s cable car system.

“We intend to do it justice by restoring the original features to their former glory and, at the same time, breathe new life into the space,” said founder Huw Gott.

Pure Fitout are thrilled to continue our ongoing relationship with Hawksmoor and look forward to contributing to this exciting new journey.
