Pure Fitout has been appointed by Wonderfield Group to deliver 13 bespoke food kiosks for two of their sushi brands across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
We’ve been engaged to deliver the full package - bespoke joinery manufacture, metal fabrication, and installation - creating kiosks for Sushi Circle and Bento that look sharp and fit seamlessly into a variety of spaces.

Sushi Circle, founded in Frankfurt in 1997, was the first to introduce the conveyor-belt sushi experience to Germany and now operates over 300 supermarket sushi islands across Europe. We’ve already delivered five Sushi Circle sites in Swords, Killester, Lucan, Ratoath and Clonakilty, with more on the way in 2026.
Bento, established in Toronto in 1996, has grown into the largest sushi brand in Canada and the second largest in North America, with a footprint of more than 950 locations. The brand’s Irish expansion is well underway, with Pure Fitout delivering kiosks in Cork City, Cork Douglas, Dublin Omni M&S, Sprucefield, Belfast & Newtownbreda
