Who knew we had so many talented bakers hiding in our midst? The Great Pure Fitout Bake Off brought out everyone’s competitive spirit (and sweet tooth) as the team whipped up an incredible range of cakes, bakes and sweet treats – all in support of Foodstock, a local Belfast charity working to tackle poverty in the community.
Baking for a Good Cause
From classic traybakes to showstopper cheesecakes, the standard was seriously impressive. The best part? Every slice and bite helped raise funds for Foodstock, whose work makes a real difference to families across the city. It was great to see so many people get involved, bringing in their bakes and donating generously.

The Judging
Our judging panel – Hayden, Gary and one of our apprentices, Alfie – had the enviable but tricky task of sampling everything on offer. After plenty of tasting and tough deliberation, they crowned Megan’s Biscoff Cheesecake as the winner. A very worthy choice.
