Pure Fitout are thrilled to have two of our projects shortlisted for Fit Out Project of the Year at the upcoming Irish Building & Design Awards.

The Dean in Galway and Mama Yo in Dublin have made the final list with the winner being announced live at the event on 7th October 2022 at the 5-Star InterContinental Dublin.

The Dean is a boutique hotel and the third under The Dean brand which also includes locations in Dublin and Cork. Situated just off Galway’s iconic Eyre Square, The Dean boasts over 100 rooms, Sophie’s Rooftop Restaurant & Bar, an Elephant and Castle, DIME Coffee venue, Power Gym & Spa and Peg’s Bar, a cosy, traditional Irish pub.

Mama Yo is a beautiful Chinese restaurant situated on Dublin’s Camden Street. Features of the stunning interior layout include red leather and botanical print upholstery, Chinese-themed artwork, stylish lantern lighting, contemporary bar area and display and olive trees throughout the dining area.

Both projects were designed and fitted out in collaboration with the incredible O’Donnell O’Neill Design for Press Up Hospitality Group.
