On 6 April, Pure Fitout and our sister company HALT, attended the CITB NI Women in Construction Summit at the Crowne Plaza, Belfast. The event aims at bringing women (and men) from the industry together to discuss the challenges facing women in construction.
Pure Fitout Chief People Officer Stephanie Gowdy said, “This was a truly inspirational event, with guest speakers sharing and reflecting on their career journeys as well as tackling some of the stereotype’s women face. The event got us all talking about our own experiences and how we as individuals and as a business can drive change, create better diversity, and drive best practice across the industry!”
We are proud to have such a dedicated and passionate group of women working across our teams in a wide variety of roles including Project Management, Quantity Surveying, sales, HR, estimating, logistics, administration and design.
