Pure Fitout has completed the first and second phases of the sensational Dean Galway - a 100 bed boutique hotel of over 5,000 square metres in area. The Dean, situated a stone’s throw from Eyre Square, is a perfect blend of old and new and incorporates unique historic structures, including a portion of the Galway to Clifden railway tunnel built in the 1890s, and a two-storey stone building originally built in the 1830s. These unique features have been meticulously restored and incorporated into the design of this brand-new hotel.
The chic, comfortable, design-led bedrooms and suites are located in the upper ground, first and second floors and include a variety of features including standalone copper baths, fully stocked SMEG fridges, powerful rainfall showers, hi-tech gadgets and so much more!

As well as the bedrooms, there’s so much more to the Dean. Sophie’s Rooftop Restaurant and Bar provides guests with excellent food and stunning views overlooking Galway City, the very first Elephant & Castle on the Irish west-coast - famed for its chicken wings - and the spacious and relaxing DIME Coffee venue have all opened in Phase One.
The third and final phase rolls out over the next few months and will include an event space, luxury boutique health club, cosy snug pub and so much more… So, watch this space!
